Creating Special Rights for Gays Threatens America
America has been duped to embrace the erroneous, but popular, belief that gays are born that way and that they cannot change their homosexual orientation. Scientific studies have not substantiated this hypothesis. Militant gay researchers report that studies "suggest" that there may be a genetic link. But the studies do not bear this out. Rather, the scientific studies prove the opposite-they prove that environment and experience are causative factors. This article exposes the myth that gays are born that way and cannot change. This article takes a look at the brief of the American Psychological Association in the Supreme Court case of the Boy Scouts of America v. Dale (2000). In this brief the APA advanced its best argument for the proposition that gays are born that way. A close look at that article reveals how feeble that argument is. Neither the APA nor the militant gays want people to learn the scientific truth about these issues, and thus far they have been pretty successful. This article exposes the reveals the truth that could pull the rug out from under the gay rights movement.

One Crisis with China is Resolved; Other Tough Issues Remain and Souring Relations with China Can Impinge on Constitutional Liberties
During the 2000 Presidential Campaign, both candidates avoided the brewing conflict between Taiwan and China. Now, after the election, a half dozen issues are coming to a boil, including the question of whether the U. S. should sell Aegis destroyers to Taiwan to defend against any attack from China. The dynamics of this issue have been adjusted following the emergency landing of 24 U.S. soldiers on the Chinese Island of Hainan after a Chinese jet collided with a U.S. plane in international air space. After extracting an apology of sorts from the U.S., the Chinese eventually released the Americans. A major crisis was averted for the time being, but the effect of this incident is still reverberating throughout the nation.
