The Effects of Terrorism on Constitutional Rights
In the wake of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, with
the United States at war against enemies known and unknown, life will
be forever changed in America. There will be a multitude of changes
in our rights and liberties. Constititional rights and duties have
been impacted by the terrorism on the American mainland.
Prayer in School--Has the Supreme Court Become Hostile towards God
and Prayer?

combating terrorism, the Supreme Court's "hostility" towards prayer
in public school becomes visible and out of harmony with the great
majority of citizens. Does the Virginia, Moment of Silence case stand
as a change in the Supreme Court's position on school prayer? Or will
the Santa Fe v. Doe case (no prayer at school football games)
continue to govern in Establishment Clause jurisprudence?
Significant Issues Pending Before the Supreme Court
A preview of issues that the Court will decide this term.
