Paul has a quiet intensity that made him successful in athletics and in the law.

Paul loves to speak, teach and write about the Constitution. He closely follows developments in the Constitutional law in Congress and in the Courts. Paul has developed excellent teaching skills through over 15 years of teaching English and Speech as an adjunct professor at Frederick Community College, the University of Maryland, and Brigham Young University.
